One of the reasons why mediation works so well is that it is a process and not a procedure and we can adjust the process to meet the needs of the parties.

In this two-hour webinar, you will learn the skills and strategies for designing a process which meets the needs of neurodivergent parties.

At the end of this short course, you will

  • understand what might need to change and how that can be achieved.
  • understand what builds trust and what might break it.
  • have approaches which will support the inclusion of neurodiverse people.
