Introductory Call
30-minute introductory session to allow you to understand the process and how we might work together. There is a nominal charge for this session of £50 plus VAT which will be deducted from your invoice should you decide to proceed with the full programme.
You will receive a link by email to choose a convenient time for the call.
This course comprises 10 hours of coaching sessions. Each session is 2 hours and scheduled at two-week intervals.
We offer personal conflict coaching to support you with a specific work or relationship breakdown.
5 x two-hour sessions spaced over two and a half or three months. During the sessions, you will
- understand the issues which underpin the conflict
- learn approaches for de-escalating conflict
- learn how to re-set, re-boot and re-engage
We focus on developing strategies and approaches to support you in dealing with a conflict or relationship at work or in your personal life.
