A recent article in Building highlights the risks of not getting all your ducks in a row before announcing plans.

“A report from the joint committee looking into the Draft Parliamentary Buildings Bill has revealed that the MoD has thrown a spanner in the works of Lendlease’s plans to overhaul the former government building in Westminster.”

The ‘spanner is likely to cost £350m. This is definitely a case for mediation.
